🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and distribution management within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing sales distribution strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SAP and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
