As an HSE Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the safety and well-being of workers on large-scale infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to identify and mitigate potential hazards, and ensure that all safety measures are effectively communicated and implemented. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will contribute to the development and implementation of safety programs that meet international standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
• Provide on-site safety training and supervision to project teams, ensuring that all workers are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks safely.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, and work with management to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and work with relevant stakeholders to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSE, and apply this knowledge to improve safety performance on project sites.
• Ensure that all project documentation and records are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE, with a focus on infrastructure and construction projects.
• Professional certification in HSE, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards, including K3, OHSAS, and ISO 45001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HSE software and tools, such as SAP, or similar.
• Ability to travel frequently, including to remote project sites.
