📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient and accurate dispensing of medications.
• Manage inventory control and ordering, using Medispan and other pharmacy management software.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication information and proper patient counseling.
• Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy administration or a related role.
• Certification in pharmacy management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience with Epic Pharmacy Management System or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
