📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn and master our signature cocktail recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with proper inventory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the bar area, ensuring it is always presentable.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail techniques to continuously improve your craft.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or barista in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, including garnishing and presentation.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Toast or Square, for inventory and sales tracking.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for mixology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, Indonesia.
