📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute gold mining projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including feasibility studies, mine design, and operational plans.
• Oversee daily operations, including equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, geologists, and other professionals, to ensure project success.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the safety of personnel and the environment.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gold mining project management, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
• Strong understanding of mining regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proficient in using mining software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
