📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire customs clearance process, including documentation, classification, and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and customs procedures.
• Prepare and submit necessary documents to customs authorities, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Monitor and manage customs duties, taxes, and fees to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest customs regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Work with the PPJK team to ensure proper classification and valuation of goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in using customs clearance software such as SITARA, SINA, and other related systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with PPJK (Pemberitahu Penerimaan Jasa Konvensional) procedures and requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
