As a Critical Minerals Strategist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and develop new critical mineral opportunities. Every day, you will work with cutting-edge tools like ArcGIS, Petrel, and Vulcan to analyze data, model mineral deposits, and forecast market trends.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic development of critical minerals, including tin, rare earth elements, and other strategic minerals.
• Conduct mineral exploration and feasibility studies using advanced software like ArcGIS, Petrel, and Vulcan.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to assess and develop new mineral opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and forecasts to ensure PT Timah Tbk meets global demand for critical minerals.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the sustainability and efficiency of mineral operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mineral exploration and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral exploration, strategic planning, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in using mineral exploration software such as ArcGIS, Petrel, and Vulcan.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
