In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees to design and deliver training programs, conduct performance appraisals, and create a supportive environment that encourages professional development. Leveraging tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams, you will ensure that our HR processes are efficient and aligned with industry best practices.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Design and deliver workshops and seminars on various HR topics.
- Create and maintain employee development plans to support career growth.
- Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with managers to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams to streamline HR processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development or a related role.
- Certification in HR development or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
