As an Asset Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire asset lifecycle, from acquisition and commissioning to decommissioning. You will develop and implement asset management strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring optimal asset performance, reliability, and lifecycle value. Daily, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize asset performance, reliability, and lifecycle value.
• Oversee the entire asset lifecycle, from acquisition and commissioning to decommissioning, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
• Leverage data analytics and asset management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar to monitor asset performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Conduct regular asset audits and inspections to assess the condition of assets and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain asset management documentation, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset registers.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in asset management, with a proven track record in leading asset management initiatives.
• Certification in asset management, such as Certified Asset Manager (CAM), or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of asset management software and data analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
