PT Wardhana Ratu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using computer software for record-keeping and reporting.
