As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing costs, quantities, and schedules. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget.,Prepare and analyze cost reports, including cost breakdowns, cost comparisons, and cost performance analyses.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any cost-related issues.,Work closely with contractors and suppliers to negotiate and secure the best possible prices for materials and services.,Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost plans.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide technical advice and support to junior quantity surveyors and project teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of construction costing principles and practices.,Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software, such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid Indonesian work permit and ability to work in Bali.
