📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management systems.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Analyze and interpret logistics data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Lead and mentor junior logistics coordinators and staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Proven track record of managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
