📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and training staff.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.,Collaborate with the regional office to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.,Lead and mentor the branch team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
