📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right products.
• Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Promote products and special offers to drive sales.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Work with the team to maintain a clean and well-organized store.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the store's overall success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic office software.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.
• Enthusiasm for customer service and a passion for retail.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
