ARENA Mandiri is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our operations in Binjai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our store from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail management systems and POS software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
