Maintenance Technician - Facility & Equipment Care

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Order and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Document maintenance activities and create detailed reports
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility and equipment maintenance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility and equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Familiarity with maintenance software and tools, such as SAP or similar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
• Certification in electrical safety or equivalent preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or related field preferred
