📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.,Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality hiring processes.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for open positions.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring timely and efficient completion.,Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to foster a positive employer brand.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the organization remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hiring.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Familiarity with recruitment metrics and KPIs, and the ability to analyze and report on recruitment data.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
