📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and improve energy distribution efficiency in Bangka Belitung.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the energy sector.
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement innovative energy solutions and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Represent PT Energi Nusantara at industry events and conferences.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on market performance and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy distribution, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in driving market growth and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of energy regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with energy management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to travel frequently within Indonesia.
