📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect, process, and analyze cost data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain cost management dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Implement cost-saving measures based on data insights and track their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely cost data collection.
• Support financial planning and budgeting processes by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve cost management practices.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in cost management.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable format.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cost management or data analysis, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in cost management or data analysis is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
