Agung Lestari Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for assisting in sales, managing the cash register, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales operations by greeting customers, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service.,Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including the cash register and surrounding workspace.,Handle cash and manage cash drawers, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.,Assist in inventory management by restocking items as needed and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.,Provide support during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.,Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, cash handling, and customer service.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
