📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products/services.,Write clear, concise, and accurate instructions, manuals, and guides for end-users and technical support teams.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and completeness of documentation.,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency, readability, and adherence to style guidelines.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve documentation quality.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing best practices and tools.,Contribute to the development of a strong technical writing culture within the organization.,Participate in cross-functional projects to support the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software or hardware industry.,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, concise, and engaging writing style.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
