📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement innovative food manufacturing processes and technologies to enhance product quality, safety, and shelf life.,Lead and mentor a team of food technologists and technicians to ensure the successful execution of food manufacturing projects.,Conduct research and development activities to identify and implement new ingredients, formulations, and processing techniques.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards, including HACCP, ISO, and local food safety guidelines.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement in food manufacturing processes.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.,Participate in product launches and new product development initiatives, providing technical expertise and guidance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, with a strong background in food technology and process development.,Proven track record of successfully implementing innovative food manufacturing processes and technologies.,Strong understanding of food safety regulations, including HACCP, ISO, and local food safety guidelines.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze production data.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
