Bloom Urban Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and planning activities of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team of tax professionals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the tax compliance and planning activities of the company.,Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and payments.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.,Provide tax-related advice and guidance to other departments.,Manage a team of tax professionals, including recruiting, training, and performance management.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using tax software and accounting systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
