📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals,Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational costs,Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and effectiveness,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
