Bloom Silver Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Manado. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with remote responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Handle inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in remote meetings and tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
