📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle delivery and retrieval.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, usage, and performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other stakeholders as needed.,Participate in regular fleet reviews and meetings to discuss performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.
