📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement direct booking marketing strategies to increase online bookings.,Manage and optimize online marketing channels, including search engines, social media, and email marketing.,Create and maintain a strong online presence for Suite Stay Vacation Homes.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless booking experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online marketing.,Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.,Manage and track the budget for direct booking marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct booking marketing or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving direct bookings and increasing online revenue.,Strong understanding of online marketing channels, including search engines, social media, and email marketing.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.,Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
