📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the breeding farm, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain the health and productivity of the flock, working closely with our team of veterinarians and farmers.
• Implement and maintain biosecurity protocols to prevent the spread of diseases and ensure the health of our animals.
• Develop and maintain detailed records of all farm activities, including animal health, feed usage, and production data.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with the farm team to develop and implement improvement plans to enhance farm productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure that all farm equipment and facilities are well-maintained and functioning properly.
• Provide training and support to farm staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in poultry farming, with a strong background in breeding programs.
• Solid understanding of poultry health, nutrition, and disease prevention.
• Experience with farm management software such as FarmVille, Agribase, or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Certification in poultry farming or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
