📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates.,Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding documents.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.,Good organizational and time management skills.
